
Senior Analyst, Workday Integrations – Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the technical lead for Workday integrations and reporting.
• Design, create, and sustain inbound/outbound EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio integrations as needed, and vendor file feeds.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and external vendors to ensure smooth data exchange and reliable integration.
• Create and maintain custom Workday reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics for HR operations, compliance, and leadership decision-making.
• Oversee integration performance and address any errors that arise.
• Engage in Workday release management, regression testing, and validation processes.
• Manage and resolve HRIS requests through ServiceNow.
• Ensure data governance, audit preparedness, and process efficiency through documentation, controls, and system checks.
• Keep integration build/runbooks, system documentation, and reporting standards up to date.
• Offer guidance and training to HR partners and stakeholders.
• Travel up to 10% as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 8 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday integration experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high accountability.
• Familiarity with change management processes and testing cycles.
• Strong understanding of Workday reporting tools, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports; calculated fields; dashboards and analytics; and Workday reporting security.
• Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange methods, including inbound and outbound EIBs, custom XLST transformations, Core Connectors, and encryption using PGP, AS2/X.509, and digital signatures.
• Knowledge of PICOF/PECI/CCW/APIs is preferred.
• Exposure to Workday Studio is a plus.
• Workday Integration Pro Certification is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client and other customer locations by driving and/or flying.
