Multifamily Data Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough investigations and resolve data quality challenges through hands-on analysis.

• Implement and oversee data quality controls, review processes, and standard operating procedures.

• Explore the use of automated and AI-assisted workflows to enhance data quality operations.

• Monitor and report on data quality metrics, trends, and overall operational health.

• Detect recurring issues, assess data risks, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Manage and prioritize individual workflow queues to efficiently address high-impact issues.

• Present analytical insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

• Ensure comprehensive documentation for internal data standards and standard operating procedures.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to enhance internal tools and test AI-assisted workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in data quality, data operations, analytics, research, or a related area.

• Demonstrated strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with automation and AI-assisted tools in everyday workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to work independently, juggle competing priorities, and drive tasks to completion.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
