Senior Analyst, Service Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the P&L across several business lines, encompassing forecasting, profitability evaluations, and ROI analyses.

• Lead the forecasting cycles on a monthly and quarterly basis.

• Manage regular leadership reporting and presentations.

• Enhance forecasting methodologies to boost accuracy and efficiency.

• Create and manage partner payment reconciliation processes.

• Develop new workflows, address discrepancies, and streamline hand-offs to the Accounting team.

• Identify inefficiencies within reporting and financial processes.

• Suggest solutions and ensure the precision of financial reporting.

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Care, Finance, Accounting, and Legal on strategic projects.

• Monitor the impact of initiatives and address ad-hoc business requirements.

• Act as a strategic thought leader on the alignment of business lines with Angi's larger objectives.

• Create tools and analyses that enhance performance and pinpoint process improvements.

• Convert complex data into clear strategic actions that drive growth and profitability for Angi Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a similar fast-paced technology environment.

• Strong quantitative skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• SQL knowledge is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate data from various sources into strategic business insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in PowerPoint.

• Strong project management skills.

• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships while balancing competing priorities.

• Self-driven and resourceful, capable of executing tasks independently.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.

• Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance and expedite analytical processes.

• Genuine interest in the home services industry, marketplaces, and product-focused organizations.
