Senior Analyst, SAP Finance – Project Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise the implementation and operational support of SAP Finance and Project Systems features.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managed service support staff.

• Design, configure, and test SAP FI/PS solutions effectively.

• Offer expert advice on best practices within the SAP framework.

• Facilitate the collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP Finance and Project Systems modules.

• Provide support for finance and project systems functionality in large SAP implementation projects, including upgrades, enhancements, and new module launches.

• Develop and maintain functional specifications and process-flow documentation.

• Assist in prioritizing issue resolution and enhancements.

• Guide troubleshooting for complex issues.

• Cultivate relationships with internal and external customers by aligning system solutions with evolving business needs.

• Remain updated on new technologies within SAP systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a similar field with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.

• Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline with at least 7 years of relevant experience.

• Alternatively, a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree.

• At least 9 years of experience in utilizing ERP systems and providing operational leadership.

• Demonstrated success in system implementations and support.

• Strong grasp of financial processes, project management principles, and SAP integration with other modules (e.g., MM, SD).

• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient presentation skills.

• Experience in developing technical solutions for complex challenges and driving their implementation.

• Background in financial applications, focusing on accounting or shared services functions.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including both waterfall and Agile approaches.
