Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain datasets, models, and visualizations.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets.

• Enhance and optimize Salesforce processes and workflows to improve business efficiency.

• Collaborate with business partners to pinpoint key metrics, enhance them, and establish ongoing tracking systems.

• Partner with engineers and product managers to define data-tracking requirements.

• Offer guidance, reports, and dashboards to monitor and enhance metrics.

• Present insights to assist customers and the business grounded in thorough operational knowledge.

• Conduct in-depth analyses of processes to uncover optimization opportunities.

• Investigate data to derive valuable business insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.

• Capability to present clear, precise, and impactful data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in developing and maintaining engaging data visualizations.

• Ability to link data with its business implications.

• Experience in creating dashboards and reports in Hex, including Hex AI functionalities.

• Familiarity with building dashboards and reports in Salesforce.

• Experience in constructing dashboards and reports in Google Sheets or Excel.

• Background in Salesforce process and flow development.

• Proactive and professional communication skills in all contexts.

• Comfort in working with and integrating data from various sources.

• Enthusiasm for honing analytical and process improvement capabilities.

• Adaptability to swiftly transition between tasks.

• Experience in database design and administration is advantageous.

• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

• Knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
