Senior Analyst, Revenue Integrity – Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily lifecycle and transactional data modeling for the deal pricing pipeline.

• Review proposed contract terms and custom rebate structures to ensure compliance with ASC 606 standards.

• Develop financial sensitivity models for intricate, tiered pricing proposals.

• Monitor post-implementation deal performance against historical collection portfolios.

• Collaborate with commercial sales, billing, and accounting teams to align custom rates with compliant billing frameworks.

• Create standardized pricing templates and establish pre-deal governance tracking systems.

• Examine monthly financial pricing trends and discrepancies in contract execution.

• Assist leadership and executive-level strategic decision-making.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in line with company policies and relevant requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, commercial finance, or revenue accounting.

• A combination of advanced education and highly relevant professional experience may be taken into account.

• Proficient financial modeling skills, including expert-level competency in Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, data tables, and complex formulas like INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, and VLOOKUP.

• Familiarity with US GAAP/ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.

• Understanding of contract governance and tracking variable consideration or price concessions.

• Capability to construct complex, multi-tiered pricing and sensitivity models.

• Preferred: 3+ years of specialized experience in the healthcare, laboratory, or biotechnology sectors.

• Preferred: Direct experience with commercial insurance/Medicaid reimbursement environments and payer policy frameworks.

• Preferred: CPA or CFA designation.

• Ability to clearly communicate complex accounting requirements, financial margins, and contract criteria to commercial sales teams and executive leadership.

• Systematic monitoring of time-sensitive deal pipelines and prioritization of simultaneous contract reviews.

• Ability to endure prolonged periods of sitting, computer usage, keyboarding, and data entry.

• Compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
