Senior Analyst – Procurement Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the reconciliation of invoices.

• Collaborate with Sourcing Managers to develop and enhance category strategies.

• Analyze and summarize comprehensive spend data.

• Engage in project scoping discussions with relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in gathering requirements prior to project scoping.

• Support activities related to Requests for Quotation (RFQ).

• Distribute and evaluate stakeholder survey outcomes for Supplier Business Reviews.

• Work in close partnership with vendors to address and resolve inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain is necessary.

• Experience in consulting or client service delivery is advantageous.

• Familiarity with categories such as Professional Services, Construction, IT infrastructure, Data Center, Connectivity, or Technology NPI is preferred.

• A thorough understanding of the procurement-to-pay process is essential.

• Strong analytical capabilities are required.

• Proficiency in working with Excel data, including pivot tables and other critical functions.

• Experience with diverse technology platforms is needed.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

• Proven teamwork and leadership skills are necessary.

• Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, time management, multitasking, and defining critical paths, are required.

• Strong customer service focus, along with issue resolution and relationship management skills, is essential.

• Ability to learn and master client-specific processes, terminology, political contexts, systems, and unique requirements.

• Solid decision-making skills based on available facts in sensitive client situations.

• Analytical mindset and self-motivated work ethic are crucial.
