Senior Analyst – Procurement Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in the reconciliation of invoices.

• Support Sourcing Managers in developing and enhancing category strategies.

• Analyze and summarize comprehensive spend data.

• Engage in project scoping discussions with various stakeholders.

• Aid in gathering requirements prior to project scoping.

• Provide support during RFQ processes.

• Distribute and analyze stakeholder survey results for Supplier Business Reviews.

• Collaborate closely with vendors to assist or resolve inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge and experience specific to categories.

• In-depth understanding of the procurement-to-pay process.

• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in working with data in Excel, utilizing pivot tables and various key Excel functions.

• Capability to work with multiple technology platforms.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, operations, or supply chain management.

• Experience in consulting or client service delivery is advantageous.

• Familiarity with categories such as Professional Services, Construction, IT infrastructure, Data Center, Connectivity, or Technology NPI.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven teamwork and leadership skills.

• Outstanding project management capabilities, including project planning, time management, multitasking, and critical path definition.

• Strong focus on customer service, issue resolution, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to learn and master client-specific processes, terminology, political environment, systems, and unique requirements.

• Robust decision-making skills using available information in sensitive client situations.

• Analytical mindset and self-motivated.
