Senior Analyst, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee procurement activities that support various programs within the Product Support sector.

• Cultivate supplier partnerships and manage subcontracts throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

• Participate in supplier performance evaluation, relationship management, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

• Facilitate intricate business agreements for a range of contracts.

• Act as the primary communication liaison between Raytheon programs and suppliers.

• Prepare and distribute Requests for Quotations/Proposals.

• Conduct price and cost analysis, leading formal negotiations.

• Issue purchase orders and relevant change orders.

• Draft purchase orders and documentation in accordance with company policies, prime contract flow-downs, and work instructions.

• Manage purchase orders after award.

• Address medium-complexity issues and disputes, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and corporate standards.

• Collaborate with Program, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and other functional teams.

• Maintain professional relationships with first-tier subcontractors.

• Provide Supply Chain support during gate reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant prior experience, or an Advanced Degree.

• Familiarity with DoD procurement and subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export regulations.

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or qualified to obtain necessary export authorizations.

• Experience with proposals and all stages of sourcing and procurement execution is preferred.

• Previous experience leading formal negotiations is preferred.

• Background in supplier management is preferred.

• Ability to read and comprehend drawings, specifications, engineering documents, and complex Statements of Work is preferred.

• Experience in Price/Cost Analysis is preferred.

• Proficiency in automation and SAP purchasing tools is preferred.

• Strong communication skills, time management, adaptability, and leadership qualities are preferred.

• Capability to make timely decisions, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is preferred.
