Senior Analyst, Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead negotiations with suppliers regarding pricing, schedules, and terms and conditions.

• Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS, RTX guidelines, and export/import regulations.

• Review Statements of Work and create PIAs/NDAs.

• Manage proposal and quotation processes, documentation, and compliance packages.

• Identify, evaluate, and conduct due diligence on suppliers; seek alternative suppliers as necessary.

• Perform cost, price, and best-value analyses to inform sourcing decisions.

• Oversee post-award supplier performance in accordance with business unit objectives.

• Foster supplier engagement to achieve critical program milestones.

• Balance strategic planning with daily tactical execution.

• Collaborate across functions with EXIM, Legal, and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.

• Familiarity with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR.

• Proven experience in negotiating terms and conditions.

• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to secure necessary export authorizations.

• Experience using SAP procurement software tools, such as PRISM and APEX.

• Background in purchase order management, documentation, and contract negotiation.

• Demonstrated experience in supplier negotiations regarding pricing, schedules, and terms and conditions.

• Proficient in price analyses and source selection/justification.

• Expertise in RTX supply chain systems and SAP PRISM purchasing tools.

• Ability to engage with senior management, cross-functional teams, and program leaders.

• Excellent communication, time management, adaptability, and leadership presence.

• Capability to make timely decisions, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in negotiating terms and conditions and mentoring others in negotiation skills.
