Senior Analyst, Network Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the comprehensive onboarding process for financial institutions and other network participants.

• Ensure that all documentation and eligibility criteria are fulfilled.

• Assess onboarding materials to confirm eligibility, business alignment, and risk factors.

• Collaborate with teams in compliance, legal, security, product, and customer support.

• Optimize onboarding workflows, validate eligibility, and track readiness milestones.

• Monitor and escalate high-risk attributes or discrepancies, providing clear and concise summaries.

• Keep abreast of industry trends related to onboarding risks, financial crime, and regulatory updates.

• Propose enhancements to existing processes.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of onboarding activities.

• Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency.

• Assist in expanding the Circle Payments Network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in onboarding, compliance operations, or KYC/AML evaluations within financial services or fintech.

• Demonstrated experience in payments, including card networks or remittance networks.

• Knowledge of onboarding and risk requirements for financial institutions, payment providers, or cryptocurrency entities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to clearly synthesize complex information.

• Proficient communication and collaboration skills across various functions.

• Capacity to escalate issues as necessary.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first, cross-functional environment.

• Familiar with generative AI models like ChatGPT and Gemini and proficient in prompt development.

• Experience in roles related to onboarding or risk within the crypto or blockchain space is preferred.

• Awareness of regulatory frameworks overseeing cross-border payments or digital assets is preferred.

• CAMS, CFCS, or CFE certification is preferred.

• Experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite is preferred.
