This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Oversee enhancements to the monthly analysis of cost and schedule variances for Tomahawk Direct Investment and capacity acceleration initiatives.
• Assist in refining the development of Quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) through cross-functional collaboration and validation of assumptions.
• Develop and improve financial models for upgrading test equipment, investing in supplier rate readiness, capital planning, and redesigning for obsolescence.
• Enhance the interpretation of budgetary, forecast, and EAC performance metrics.
• Fortify monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) and quarterly EAC cycles via financial tools and process enhancements.
• Generate financial documentation for proposals and customer reports to align with Multi-Year Procurement goals.
• Conduct financial analyses across various Tomahawk contracts, pinpointing cost drivers, schedule effects, and performance trends.
• Finalize monthly cost Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and financial submissions.
• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to leadership.
• Revise financial charts and materials for Program Management Reviews.
• Process approved Budget Change Requests and incorporate them into forecasting systems.
• Coordinate monthly forecasting activities, including updates to RPLAN, data validation, and financial consolidation.
• Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities while enhancing consolidation accuracy, reporting quality, and operational financial procedures.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, data analysis, forecasting, or process enhancement is essential.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including skills in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, and chart creation.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Preference for experience with APEX, PRISM, Analysis for Office, SAP, or SAP Business Warehouse.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and a willingness to pursue certification is preferred.
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines while managing multiple competing priorities.
