Senior Analyst, Health Care Quality Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver Ombuds services to qualifying visitors

• Promote equitable and just treatment for all individuals

• Communicate general trends and emerging issues to management or senior leadership while preserving visitor confidentiality

• Facilitate communication among parties involved in disputes upon request

• Conduct outreach and provide education throughout OhioRISE regarding Ombuds Office services and conflict management and resolution strategies

• Establish and uphold administrative procedures for the effective and efficient functioning of the Ombuds Office

• Listen to visitors and act as a strategic thought partner

• Assist visitors in exploring or developing options for conflict resolution or identifying issues

• Supply resources and information related to company policies and systems

• Aid in informal conflict resolution and problem-solving

• Offer independent, confidential, impartial, and informal support

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in practice management or the behavioral health system of care

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor

• Proven experience in leading significant cross-functional initiatives involving business owners, executive leadership, and colleagues across the organization

• Demonstrated empathy towards members and their families

• Insight into the complexities of the care system in Ohio

• Capability to manage relationships with a focus on mid-level internal and external connections

• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels, including engaging with executive audiences, vendors, and governmental entities as a customer

• Proven capability to project manage and implement strategies for performance enhancement

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field
