Senior Analyst, HCM BI Publisher / OTBI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with technical and project teams to implement reporting solutions on Oracle cloud platforms.

• Create tailored solutions utilizing BIP and OTBI reports.

• Collect and evaluate reporting requirements from HR and business stakeholders.

• Design and produce reports and dashboards leveraging OTBI and BI Publisher.

• Construct custom data models using SQL and develop RTF and Excel templates.

• Generate and configure OTBI analyses, subject area queries, and dashboards.

• Produce reports for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, and Benefits.

• Enhance report performance and resolve data and logic challenges.

• Assist with unit testing, SIT, UAT, and address production issues.

• Draft technical specifications, test cases, and user documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP): data models, templates, bursting, and scheduling.

• Significant hands-on experience with OTBI: subject areas, analyses, and dashboards.

• Strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion HCM data model and its tables.

• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.

• Experience with HCM Extracts.

• Familiarity with Fusion security, roles, and data access management.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
