Proposal Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more locations.

📋 Description

• Assist in Navitus' client acquisition and retention initiatives by crafting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents.

• Manage proposal projects by planning, scheduling, organizing, following up on correspondence, and reporting.

• Ensure that written deliverables accurately reflect tactical, strategic, financial, and sales-capture decisions.

• Acquire knowledge of target markets for business units, market trends, and the utilization of products/services.

• Initiate, gather, and present analytical tasks in collaboration with cross-functional subject-matter experts.

• Develop and adhere to strict timelines.

• Keep proposal content and departmental processes current and competitive.

• Identify insights to enhance departmental processes.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Report to the Manager or Sr. Manager, Proposals, and engage with individuals across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, ideally in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, and/or equivalent proposal management experience is required.

• At least two years of experience in writing creative, concise, strategically sound, and persuasive proposals; developing and executing complex winning business strategies using a consultative-sales approach; delivering quality outputs in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments; and strategic proposal content development and project management or similar related experience.

• Writing samples and a writing test are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products at an advanced level.

• Participate in, adhere to, and support the objectives of the compliance program.

• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.
