Cyber Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Analyze alerts and network traffic utilizing the Darktrace platform along with supplementary tools.

• Create clear, technical reports for clients detailing identified threats and recommended actions.

• Aid in evaluating risks and implementing fundamental security measures.

• Recognize emerging threat patterns and assess campaigns across client environments.

• Address customer inquiries through email or chat, providing concise and accurate information.

• Collaborate with team members to exchange strategies and best practices.

• Participate in both internal and external knowledge sharing, which includes writing technical blog posts.

• Remain updated on cybersecurity trends and advancements.

• Assist clients in adopting and optimizing the Darktrace platform through consulting efforts.

• Uphold stringent standards for data security and confidentiality.

• Maintain high levels of integrity and accountability as part of the company’s governance and controls.

• Familiarity with network protocols and security concepts.

• Experience in technical writing or reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, with the ability to conduct technical writing and deliver consultancy services in the language being an advantage.
