Senior Analyst – Global Operations, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing designated Power Automate workflows, encompassing testing, documentation, deployment, user adoption, and ongoing enhancement.

• Aid in the testing, documentation, deployment, and adoption of Copilot and AI Builder solutions.

• Collaborate with regional teams, IT personnel, Salesforce administrators, and operations on specified projects.

• Ensure that necessary system fields, shared mailboxes, and integrations are established.

• Recognize and propose enhancements within the designated workflows.

• Support global operational and automation initiatives at Presidio, a leader in AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, digital transformation, and managed IT services.

• Willingness to work non-standard hours as necessary to meet the global requirements of the organization.

• Ability to think critically and non-linearly when assessing current operational processes and determining automation opportunities.

• A collaborative team player with outstanding communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Understanding of VAT and other international taxes, tariffs, and duties.

• Knowledge related to international logistics and IT sourcing.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or International studies preferred, or equivalent professional and/or military experience.

• 3–5+ years of professional experience, ideally in a multinational setting.

• Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Copilot, AI Builder, and Salesforce is advantageous.

• Flexibility to accommodate global business hours.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.
