Senior Analyst – Global Operations and Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance with designated Power Automate workflows, encompassing testing, documentation, deployment, adoption, and ongoing enhancements.

• Aid in the testing, documentation, deployment, and adoption of Copilot and AI Builder solutions.

• Collaborate with regional and technical teams on specified projects.

• Recognize and propose enhancements within assigned workflows.

• Coordinate with IT, Salesforce administrators, and operations teams to ensure the availability of system fields, shared mailboxes, and integrations.

• Willingness to work irregular hours as necessary to meet the organization’s global requirements.

• Nonlinear, critical thinking abilities when assessing current operational flows and pinpointing automation opportunities.

• A team-oriented individual with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).

• Knowledge of VAT and other international taxes, tariffs, and duties.

• Understanding of international logistics and IT sourcing.

• Preferred experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Copilot, AI Builder, and Salesforce.

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or International focus) or equivalent professional and/or military experience.

• 3–5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a multi-national setting.
