
Senior Analyst – Franchise Relicensing & Contracts Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee, +1 more state.
• Manage documentation related to Change of Ownership (COO), relicensing, and room expansions.
• Monitor the progress of Product Improvement Plans (PIPs) to ensure they are ready for distribution under the Franchise License Agreement (FLA).
• Collaborate with Legal Development to oversee and facilitate the franchise application process.
• Assist in relicensing decisions and work alongside brand and development teams to evaluate expiring licenses and strategize for replacements.
• Aid in the negotiation and preparation of term sheets for franchised properties.
• Engage with Brand, owners, buyers, brokers, third-party management companies, lenders, outside legal counsel, and escrow companies to formulate procedures for intricate franchise-related matters.
• Handle Change of Ownership and relicensing applications alongside owners, buyers, and sellers.
• Represent Hilton at industry events to nurture relationships with franchise owners.
• Collaborate with Brand teams to address issues related to franchise agreements.
• Participate in meetings for Distressed Assets and Quality Assurance Committee.
• Maintain departmental reports and provide ad hoc updates for senior leadership.
• Organize meetings with owners, brokers, management companies, and various Hilton departments.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Hotel/Hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with franchise relicensing and contract management service processes.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce is advantageous.
