Senior Analyst, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain driver-based operational models linked to business assumptions, such as headcount, ARR growth, and pipeline.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analyses of both current and anticipated financial performance.

• Execute budget variance analyses alongside monthly, quarterly, and annual financial evaluations.

• Advocate for the integration of AI- and LLM-driven workflows by establishing best practices and pinpointing high-impact use cases.

• Utilize AI tools for data analysis, generating insights, and crafting narrative commentary.

• Investigate and assess historical, current, and projected financial data for effective planning, forecasting, and management decision-making.

• Collaborate with Finance and RevOps teams to guarantee data integrity and coherence across various systems.

• Create and uphold automated reporting and dashboards that track essential SaaS metrics.

• Offer commentary and actionable insights to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Enhance planning processes, reporting frequency, and tools.

• Cultivate cross-organizational relationships to harmonize assumptions and definitions, thereby supporting data storytelling.

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience in FP&A, Finance, or other data-centric roles.

• Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Proven capability to work with extensive, complex datasets.

• Excellent communication abilities with a knack for translating financial insights into business recommendations.

• Capacity to function independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

• Must maintain a professional and up-to-date LinkedIn profile, updating it upon joining Procurify.

• Must reside within Canada.

• Must possess appropriate status in Canada: Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Open Work Permit, Closed Work Permit, or be open to sponsorship considerations.
