This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain dashboards, scorecards, and routine reports that offer insights into go-to-market performance.
• Examine trends in pipeline, bookings, revenue, marketing engagement, and sales productivity.
• Gather and verify data from Salesforce, BI tools, financial systems, and various business platforms.
• Provide insights on performance drivers and identify business opportunities.
• Assist in the measurement and reporting for Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
• Evaluate account engagement, buying-group activities, pipeline progression, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support ROI analysis for marketing programs and strategic account investments.
• Track GTM and ABM metrics while identifying areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance teams to address reporting and analytical needs.
• Facilitate business reviews, planning cycles, and performance discussions through data-driven analyses.
• Convert findings into presentations and actionable business recommendations.
• Foster consistent definitions, metrics, and reporting standards across teams.
• Aid in forecasting, budgeting, and planning for GTM investments.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses of business initiatives, growth opportunities, and performance trends.
• Develop financial models that link commercial activities to business outcomes.
• Identify process enhancements and assist in automating manual reporting tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or other similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to handle large datasets.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Naturally inquisitive and analytical.
• Strong problem-solving orientation.
• Effective communicator capable of translating data into business insights.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys cross-departmental work.
• Organized and meticulous.
• Comfortable with learning new tools, processes, and business concepts.
• Preferred: Experience supporting SaaS, technology, or B2B organizations.
• Preferred: Knowledge of marketing, sales, pipeline, or revenue performance metrics.
• Preferred: Exposure to Account-Based Marketing concepts and measurement strategies.
• Preferred: Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, or other analytical tools.
• Preferred: Experience in creating executive-level reports and presentations.
