Senior Analyst, Enterprise Workforce Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic ally for the Enterprise Workforce Management team and operational leaders.

• Sustain and enhance business practices and volume influencers that aid budgeting activities.

• Facilitate well-informed workforce choices and precise store/week level labor budgets.

• Build professional relationships with Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Industrial Engineering, and other stakeholders.

• Optimize and simplify data and reporting processes for labor budgets, labor forecasting, and Enterprise Workforce Management projects.

• Create reporting, modeling, and data visualizations to meet Workforce Management and budgeting requirements.

• Utilize data and reporting to convey potential outcomes, investments, and organizational risks.

• Question and challenge existing practices with a transformative approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in connecting various data sets from diverse sources.

• At least 2 years’ experience with budgeting processes.

• More than 2 years’ experience in continuous improvement and capacity planning.

• Capability to engage in complex projects of strategic significance involving cross-functional teams.

• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database concepts.

• Skillful in using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Access (queries, macros, forms), Tableau, Python/R, and Snowflake.

• Ability to analyze complex data systems to reconcile outputs and identify unexpected results.

• Eagerness to enhance skills in analytics tools and languages for analyzing large data sets.

• Proficiency in influencing leaders to shift their perspectives.

• Occasional travel may be necessary, depending on business requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
