This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Provide standardized, recurring sales performance reporting for DSU and SISU.
• Develop reporting views segmented by team, campaign, lead source, agent, time frame, and operational area.
• Detect performance variances against targets, trends, and expectations, and summarize key drivers.
• Assess call drivers, inbound and outbound activities, disposition outcomes, response patterns, and customer engagement trends.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, follow-up gaps, workload trends, and productivity opportunities with DSU/SISU leaders.
• Deliver both recurring and ad hoc analytics that link call center activities to sales outcomes and conversion efficiency.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness throughout the lead-to-sale funnel.
• Compare performance across campaigns and lead sources, recommending optimization strategies and sales follow-up approaches.
• Construct, maintain, and enhance dashboards for DSU and SISU leadership utilizing approved reporting and visualization tools.
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and campaign-level visibility into performance metrics.
• Act as the primary analytics contact for DSU/SISU contact center analytics requirements.
• Collaborate with Distribution Analytics, data engineering, marketing, sales operations, and channel leaders.
• Convert stakeholder inquiries into structured analyses and convey actionable insights.
• Verify data sources, definitions, and calculations.
• Document metric definitions, reporting assumptions, and the logic behind dashboards.
• Propose enhancements to reporting, analytics processes, and data collection practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Actuarial Science, Analytics, Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, sales analytics, actuarial work, or similar roles, particularly in insurance, contact center, or distribution analytics.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, campaign evaluation, distribution channels, and operational KPIs.
• Proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical capabilities in sales performance assessment, contact center metrics, funnel analytics, and trend analysis.
• Ability to translate operational data into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Dedication to data integrity, consistency, and thorough documentation.
• Capability to manage regular reporting routines and respond to ad hoc business inquiries.
