This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee intricate supplier and customer pricing and membership agreements.
β’ Evaluate wholesale, supplier, and customer contracts to confirm accurate pricing and eligibility entries.
β’ Assess supplier bid awards and contract frameworks to establish system hierarchy and customer access.
β’ Ensure customer pricing and membership configurations are in accordance with contract specifications, vendor demands, and internal standards.
β’ Manage a designated supplier and customer portfolio, track updates, and address discrepancies.
β’ Collaborate with various teams on strategic, intercompany, and day-to-day pricing and membership requirements.
β’ Analyze agreement language and offer subject matter expertise for business-related decisions.
β’ Facilitate the timely execution of new and revised pricing and membership agreements.
β’ Examine pricing and membership data to uncover trends, gaps, and challenges.
β’ Investigate and resolve escalated pricing, membership, and claim issues.
β’ Review team reports, execute follow-up actions, and collaborate with business intelligence teams to enhance reporting.
β’ Assist in delegating incoming tasks and support team workflow.
β’ Mentor and support new team members while sharing best practices.
β’ Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and service.
β’ High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution setting.
β’ Familiarity with contract pricing, membership eligibility, customer access, or related agreement management.
β’ Proficient in reviewing and interpreting complex contracts, pricing terms, or business agreements.
β’ Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Vistex, Oracle, or similar platforms.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data entry capabilities.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel formulas.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
β’ Capacity to handle multiple priorities, adhere to deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Access to cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed for remote work.
