
Senior Analyst, Corporate Financial Planning – Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.
• Develop comprehensive financial reports, analyses, and executive presentations throughout the quarter.
• Present essential metrics, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to business partners and executive management.
• Prepare forecasts for income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Consolidate vital inputs from both business and finance teams.
• Utilize advanced modeling techniques and dependable forecasting methodologies.
• Create dashboards and analytics to ensure real-time performance visibility and business transparency.
• Lead or engage in initiatives aimed at process and reporting enhancements.
• Enhance the accuracy of forecasts, the efficiency of reporting, the accessibility of data, and the relevance of insights.
• Identify root causes, leading indicators, and forward-looking insights.
• Utilize structured problem-solving methods to tackle ambiguous business inquiries and challenge existing assumptions.
• Establish trusted relationships across Accounting, IT, Product Line Management, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Report directly to the Director of Corporate FP&A.
• Extensive experience in financial analysis, Corporate FP&A, business operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, scenario analysis, and chart creation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Copilot.
• Experience with artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and planning tools such as SAP BW/BPC, Tableau, Power BI, and KNIME.
• Proven experience in automating repeatable business processes.
• Experience in enhancing reporting workflows.
• Experience in creating BI dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capability to connect financial outcomes with operational drivers, business trends, and strategic priorities.
• Ability to navigate uncertainty, pose insightful questions, and quickly learn unfamiliar subjects.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Up to 10% travel required.
• CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced degree or certification may be a plus.
