Project Financial Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Offer financial and analytical support related to projects for Project Managers.

• Act as a communication bridge between Veristat’s various functional groups and the Finance department.

• Conduct comprehensive project analyses utilizing diverse information sources to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Oversee multiple projects or tasks while effectively prioritizing work duties.

• Adhere to deliverable timelines established by clients, project teams, and corporate stakeholders.

• Evaluate the connections among Revenue, Backlog, Work in Process, and Invoicing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of analyst experience specific to CRO is essential.

• Previous experience in project analysis and ASC 606 revenue recognition is highly preferred.

• Prior knowledge in portfolio financial management and forecasting is strongly favored.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are necessary.

• Excellent financial acumen, communication, and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a high level of personal motivation to succeed.

• Proven capability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

• Strong time management skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage several projects or tasks concurrently.

• Ability to conduct in-depth project analyses using various information sources to aid the decision-making process.

• Familiarity with deliverable timelines set by clients, project teams, and corporate standards.

• Understanding of revenue recognition principles and the interplay between Revenue, Backlog, Work in Process, and Invoicing.
