This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead cross-functional programs aimed at commercial growth and optimization from the planning stage through to phased execution.
• Set up governance structures, track decisions, manage risks, and ensure follow-through for the programs.
• Convert reporting requirements into actionable insights by overseeing intake, prioritizing requests, validating outputs, and enhancing data quality.
• Standardize processes for intake, tracking, reporting, and data validation across various regions and functions.
• Perform analyses related to opportunity sizing, segmentation, pipeline, market share, and similar aspects.
• Maintain trustworthy datasets for clients and prospects while collaborating with Data and Analytics teams on dashboards, reporting accuracy, and system integration.
• Create executive-ready updates, recommendations, and presentations for leadership meetings, business planning sessions, steering committees, and sales forums.
• Oversee the structure and frequency of the NPS program, which includes communications, insight consolidation, strategic alignment, tracking, monitoring, and planning for pulse surveys.
• Identify responsible digital and AI use cases and aid in their adoption through governance-aligned implementation strategies.
• Coordinate vendor-supported well-being and employee assistance programs across virtual, hybrid, and onsite environments.
• Assist in proposals and requests for proposals by evaluating operational feasibility and offering advice to Sales and Client Management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, client operations, vendor management, reporting, or a similar business function.
• Proven experience in coordinating multiple workstreams, priorities, and stakeholders within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, presentations, status updates, and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with customer relationship management, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
• Capacity to work independently while fostering effective partnerships across functions, regions, and external organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, analytics, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, well-being, or employee assistance programs (preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Qlik, or similar CRM and business intelligence platforms (preferred).
• Experience with customer experience measurement, knowledge management, digital enablement, or responsible AI adoption (preferred).
• Certification in project management, process improvement, analytics, or AI (preferred).
• If working remotely, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
