This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct cross-functional initiatives for commercial growth and optimization from the planning stage through phased implementation.
• Oversee governance, decision tracking, risk management, and follow-up actions.
• Convert reporting requirements into actionable insights by managing intake, prioritizing requests, validating outcomes, and enhancing data quality.
• Standardize processes for intake, tracking, reporting, and data validation across various regions and functions.
• Conduct analyses including opportunity sizing, segmentation, pipeline assessment, market share evaluation, and related studies.
• Maintain accurate datasets for clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to enhance dashboards, ensure reporting accuracy, and improve system integration.
• Create executive-level updates, recommendations, and presentations for leadership meetings, business planning sessions, steering committees, and sales forums.
• Manage the structure and rhythm of the NPS program, which includes communications, insight consolidation, strategic alignment, tracking, monitoring, and planning for pulse surveys.
• Identify responsible use cases for digital and artificial intelligence and facilitate their adoption through implementation strategies.
• Coordinate vendor-supported well-being and employee assistance programs across virtual, hybrid, and onsite environments.
• Assist with proposals and requests for proposals by verifying operational feasibility and providing guidance to Sales and Client Management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, sales enablement, client operations, vendor management, reporting, or a similar business area.
• Proven experience in coordinating multiple workstreams, managing priorities, and engaging stakeholders in a dynamic, matrixed setting.
• Strong skills in project management, organization, analysis, problem-solving, and process optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in preparing reports, presentations, status updates, and recommendations.
• Keen attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and foster relationships across functions, regions, and external organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Background in healthcare, insurance, employee benefits, well-being, or employee assistance programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Qlik, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Experience in customer experience measurement, knowledge management, digital enablement, or responsible adoption of artificial intelligence is preferred.
• Certification in project management, process improvement, analytics, or artificial intelligence is preferred.
• Experience in identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities is preferred.
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload is required.
