Senior Analyst, Cash Management and Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Prepare and manage daily cash and ABL positioning.

• Distribute daily banking reports to internal teams and Senior Leadership.

• Monitor both domestic and international bank accounts to ensure adequate funding.

• Maintain wire transfer templates for international and domestic beneficiaries across over 100 bank accounts.

• Approve and oversee ACH and wire transfers, including recalls throughout the entire process.

• Maintain monthly statements for domestic, international, and merchant accounts.

• Assist with bank account activities such as openings, closings, signatory management, and KYC updates.

• Provide support for merchant account oversight, credit card processing, and related tasks.

• Aid senior management with projects, special requests, and reconciliations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is required.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of treasury experience, particularly in global cash management, with proven growth in responsibilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Windows-based applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as web-based interactive systems.

• Previous experience with PeopleSoft and Kyriba is preferred.

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills are essential.

• Must be located in the United States.

• Availability to work during EST hours is required.
