📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of the analytics roadmap through advanced data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques.

• Produce strategic insights tailored for the Customer Care team.

• Enhance the customer care function by providing data-driven recommendations to improve quality, revenue, and overall customer experience.

• Evaluate the performance of the care team, focusing on metrics such as save rate, customer churn, and cash collection.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend analytical requirements and synchronize project scope and timelines.

• Examine network trends to uncover potential growth opportunities.

• Create predictive and prescriptive insights while facilitating self-service solutions.

• Convey intricate findings through detailed narratives and visual representations.

• Develop and sustain dashboards, exploring near-real-time analytics solutions.

• Adhere to best practices for data validation and quality assurance.

• Identify possibilities for utilizing AI to enhance analytical workflows.

• Partner with data and product teams to ensure accurate, scalable data solutions and shared resources.

• Document and disseminate insights while mentoring junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of analytical experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or a similar field.

• Strong expertise in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R.

• Proficient in data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Proven ability to apply predictive modeling techniques to address business challenges.

• Capability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
