Senior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily logistics operations across Shipwell, Grove, and DAT

• Ensure accuracy of shipment and order data

• Uphold Routing Guides in accordance with carrier commitments

• Address pipeline exceptions in collaboration with internal stakeholders

• Execute multi-lane dry van RFP cycles

• Administer bid collection and evaluation within Shipwell

• Compose communications for carriers

• Verify bid documentation for precision

• Draft feature requirements for Grove, encompassing Map, Communication Center, and contact profiles

• Test the Nexus Chatbot and report defects with detailed reproducible steps

• Suggest improvements for workflows and navigation across modules

• Create structured tickets that include title, type, description, current behavior, expected behavior, and acceptance criteria

• Provide daily operational updates per platform to leadership

• Keep process and routing documentation up to date

• Collaborate with operations, product, and vendor teams

• Review around 200 documents weekly, based on business volume

• Primarily utilize the Grove web app, Odoo 18 ERP, and customer PDFs

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations

• Required experience in Netsuite Implementation

• Practical experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) such as Shipwell or similar, along with a load board like DAT or equivalent

• Proven track record in managing carrier procurement, including RFP administration and bid assessment

• Excellent written communication skills for internal reporting and correspondence with carriers

• Capability to translate operational requirements into clear product specifications and acceptance criteria

• Experience working as the business-side liaison to a product or engineering team

• Knowledge of supplier onboarding processes and purchase order lifecycles

• Quality Assurance (QA) or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience with internal platforms, including AI-assisted tools

• Background in the paper or packaging industry

• Familiarity with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and document processing, including confidence scores, bounding boxes, and extraction workflows

• Direct experience with Odoo

• Exposure to various business document formats and industry terminology

• Some flexibility to overlap with US Eastern business hours may be necessary
