Senior Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain dashboards and reporting systems to track the performance of Angi’s sales organization.

• Analyze business, staffing, and turnover trends to create forecasting models that determine optimal staffing and hiring needs across Angi’s sales teams.

• Design and implement sales commission structures that align with company objectives and market competitiveness.

• Evaluate sales performance and compensation data to assess effectiveness, identify trends and gaps, and propose necessary adjustments.

• Create models to assess the profitability of sales representative activities and suggest strategies to enhance sales performance.

• Formulate analytics plans to facilitate A/B testing, evaluation, and the rollout of new sales strategies, tools, and processes.

• Present analyses and recommendations to senior leadership, converting complex data into actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).

• Over 6 years of analytical experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or home services-related sectors.

• Strong expertise in SQL.

• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Python or R.

• Experienced in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Capability to build intricate analytical models and forecasts using Excel and Google Sheets.

• Background in analyzing and providing recommendations for sales and commission structures for large sales organizations.

• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cortex Code) for automation and enhancing daily workflow efficiency.

• Preferred experience in headcount planning and analytics supporting sales organizations.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement predictive models to improve sales performance.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members.
