Senior Analyst, Application Development and Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, develop, and coordinate the delivery and upkeep of technological solutions, including Salesforce.com Sales/Service Cloud, Agentic Salesforce, Gemini, and Claude AI solutions.

• Engage in AI Enablement and integration initiatives.

• Follow Agile methodologies.

• Ensure precise and consistent utilization of project-tracking applications like ServiceNow and Jira for both Run and Build projects.

• Convey technical issues and the status of solutions to business owners, technology owners, colleagues, team members, and vendors.

• Monitor and sustain application platform environments.

• Draft functional specifications, conduct functional unit testing, create technical specifications, and perform technical unit testing in collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders.

• Identify and address solutions to technical challenges.

• Participate in projects of moderate scope and complexity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

• Capability to comprehend business requirements, relate them to AI solutions, and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to diverse audiences is required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to ask insightful questions, engage in cross-functional discussions, and present clear status updates to both technical and non-technical team members and executives.

• 2-4 years of experience is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is desirable.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Jira, Gearset, Github, Checkmarx, Dell Boomi, APIGEE, Attunity, Kafka, Gemini, and Claude is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of Agentic solutions/applications, including but not limited to Gemini, Claude, and Salesforce, is preferred.
