Senior Analyst, Analytics, Revenue Cycle – EPIC Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist with one or more significant reporting projects focusing on claims analysis, demographic data integrity, and coding accuracy.

• Evaluate data from EMR systems and/or internal databases to produce insightful reports.

• Detect trends that may facilitate process enhancements and discuss findings with management.

• Condense and integrate extensive information effectively.

• Create business cases, ROI assessments, and financial evaluations.

• Work collaboratively across Population Health and engage with Business Intelligence, Clinical Documentation and Coding, Quality, and Managed Care Operations.

• Ensure accountability for deadlines and deliverables.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and/or population health reporting involving ICD-10 codes and HCC reporting.

• Over 2 years of consulting or relevant experience in healthcare/population health.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Fundamental understanding of Medicare and Medicare Advantage insurance plans.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.

• Proficient in Epic data reporting using Slicer Dicer, Workbench, and database queries such as SQL and/or BigQuery.

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Authorization to work in the US is required.

• Familiarity with Epic Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle is advantageous.

• Experience with Power Pivot is a plus.

• CPC or CRC certifications are beneficial.
