This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee hands-on analytics for client projects from start to finish, with guidance and mentorship from a Director.
• Identify valuable datasets for analysis, manage data provisioning and cleaning, and conduct data exploration and modeling.
• Utilize segmentation, forecasting, A/B testing, and other relevant analytical techniques.
• Generate actionable insights and clear recommendations tailored for non-technical audiences.
• Create, develop, and train clients on reporting, dashboards, and performance insights using tools such as Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, and PowerPoint.
• Present and discuss analytical findings with internal stakeholders and clients, adjusting content for various audiences.
• Analyze integrated marketing and customer journey datasets in relation to client strategy.
• Examine transactional data to gain insights on customer value, purchasing behaviors, loyalty, and lifetime value.
• Investigate new analytics datasets and tools to enhance client insights and optimization efforts.
• Develop and maintain data architecture documentation that outlines canonical datasets and their sources.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, retail, customer analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio, or equivalent.
• Experience in in-depth analysis of customer and transactional data, including segmentation, customer lifetime value (LTV), churn/loyalty risk analysis, and propensity modeling.
• Familiarity with AI tools, including skills/agents, for enhancing data analysis, code generation, or insight development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, data science, economics, social sciences, or a related field, with exposure to statistical/quantitative analysis.
• Competency in SQL and Python for analytics, along with knowledge of data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills and tools.
