This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead GEO/AEO analysis to evaluate brand visibility, citations, and answer quality across AI search platforms.
• Benchmark competitors and transform findings into prioritized recommendations for content and discoverability.
• Analyze performance metrics related to campaigns, websites, audiences, and business to identify trends, investigate drivers, and suggest actions.
• Utilize LLMs and AI tools for research, data analysis, query writing, and workflow automation.
• Assist in developing the internal data warehouse by gathering requirements, mapping source data, creating SQL transformations, and constructing reusable reporting tables, as well as validating outputs.
• Integrate data from marketing platforms, CRM systems, and internal tools.
• Support data ingestion and refresh workflows, troubleshoot discrepancies, and automate ongoing data preparation and reporting tasks.
• Define consistent metrics and document data sources, transformations, and assumptions.
• Implement quality checks for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness while adhering to access and privacy regulations.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Convert business questions into actionable insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Design measurement plans and experiments, including replicable GEO/AEO benchmarks.
• Oversee small client engagements from initiation to delivery, managing scope, deadlines, status meetings, and recommendations.
• Supervise co-op students by onboarding them, assigning tasks, reviewing their work, and providing coaching and feedback.
• Execute small technical projects using Python and AI coding tools, including scripts, integrations, prototypes, and internal tools; test, debug, document, and validate results.
• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, marketing measurement, or a related data role.
• Experience in an agency or consulting environment is advantageous.
• Strong practical skills in utilizing LLMs and AI tools.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel.
• Familiarity with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience in creating clear dashboards using a BI tool.
• Understanding of SEO, marketing measurement, and AI search.
• Practical experience with GEO/AEO projects is a plus.
• Proven ability to use AI coding tools to produce functional scripts, automations, or technical projects.
• Capability to understand, test, debug, and maintain code.
• Proficient in managing small client projects, presenting findings clearly, and coordinating contributors.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of co-op students, interns, or junior team members.
• Strong Python skills for tasks such as data cleaning, analysis, automation, and API integrations.
• Experience with data pipelines and cloud warehouses is a plus.
• Good judgment regarding data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate across analytics, strategy, content, and technology teams.
• Experience in B2B technology and proficiency in French are assets.
