Senior Analyst – Abstractions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide Lease Administration Abstraction services for JLL clients independently.

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather lease documentation.

• Collaborate with other Lease Administration teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of workload.

• Raise issues as necessary, including discussions regarding scope.

• Extract essential and critical information from leases and contract documentation.

• Input abstracted information into lease database systems.

• Verify and cross-check abstracts and system data for accuracy.

• Assess system reports and data for precision and completeness.

• Conduct lease document matching and completeness reviews.

• Log lease document information in master document control logs and trackers.

• Address document and abstraction-related inquiries from internal stakeholders.

• Evaluate landlord invoices for compliance with lease requirements.

• Compile area, cost-schedule, and events variance reports for validation projects.

• Uphold processes and procedures in accordance with internal and external compliance policies.

• Document business processes, mentor and train new team members, and audit their work upon gaining expertise.

• Collaborate effectively within a large team and embody JLL values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lease abstraction.

• Experience in real estate commercial lease abstraction is preferred.

• Familiarity with property management/lease administration systems is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and Outlook.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to maintain and manage precise data.

• Ability to prioritize tasks within tight operational deadlines.

• Willingness to adapt and openness to new ideas.

• Skill in providing solutions and strategies for client needs and concerns.

• Strong reading comprehension and paraphrasing abilities.
