πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Manage a caseload and oversee target packages from referral to disruption.

β€’ Execute legal processes, along with on-chain and off-chain intelligence integration and targeting.

β€’ Utilize OSINT, link analysis, and direct engagement with subjects/sources to identify and attribute actors.

β€’ Generate defensible attribution reports and legal process returns.

β€’ Illustrate the operational methods of criminal networks.

β€’ Leverage AI to enhance and expedite investigative casework while preserving human judgment.

β€’ Collaborate with legal teams, engineering, external partners, law enforcement, government entities, financial institutions, and exchanges.

β€’ Conduct victim-focused, trauma-informed investigative activities.

β€’ Adhere to protocols regarding evidence handling, escalation, and mandatory reporting.

β€’ Manage personal content exposure and prioritize psychological well-being.

β€’ Engage in weekly manager one-on-ones, team synchronization meetings, performance assessments, career development discussions, and wellness check-ins.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ 3–5 years of pertinent investigative or casework experience in illicit finance, financial crime, cybercrime, trust & safety, all-source intelligence, OSINT, direct human-source engagement, or similar law enforcement/intelligence-related roles.

β€’ Proven ability to translate information into real-world outcomes.

β€’ Practical experience in OSINT collection, tool development/adaptation, or direct interaction with subjects and sources.

β€’ Familiarity with co-managing investigations or transitioning investigations smoothly.

β€’ Experience delivering results under time-sensitive RFI-style pressures.

β€’ Interest and some exposure to child exploitation, sextortion, closely related investigative work, counter-terrorism, or Serious Organized Crime.

β€’ Required fluency in AI.

β€’ Working knowledge of subpoenas, warrants, and preservation requests, or a willingness to learn swiftly.

β€’ Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, defensible written reports.

β€’ Good judgment and resilience when handling emotionally challenging material.

β€’ Fully remote position, based in the US or UK.

β€’ Successful completion of an enhanced background check is required as a condition of employment.

β€’ Availability for surge periods during critical referral and disruption windows.
