Senior AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Integrate with Marketplace operations, product, and commercial teams to comprehend workflows, undocumented processes, edge cases, and operational intricacies.

• Recognize, define, and prioritize opportunities in AI and automation.

• Convert ambiguous business challenges into structured technical methodologies, solution hypotheses, and implementation plans.

• Create and implement rapid prototypes or proof of concepts utilizing internal platforms, enterprise data, and contemporary AI/ML and large language model tools.

• Validate solutions through real-world data and workflows.

• Collaborate with Technology and Data/AI teams to transition validated prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Promote adoption through rollout, iteration, and performance tracking.

• Establish and monitor success metrics related to efficiency improvements, cost reductions, revenue effects, and user adoption.

• Contribute to reusable insights, frameworks, and enhancements for enterprise platforms.

• Lead or coordinate multiple concurrent, high-impact projects.

• Mentor junior team members and assist in capability development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering or technical solution development.

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI, machine learning, automation, or data-driven solutions within a business or enterprise context.

• Proficient in writing code and delivering functional prototypes using modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.

• Skilled in translating business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Experience in delivering solutions from concept to prototype validation.

• Familiarity with integrating or working with structured and unstructured data sources.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects or initiatives at the same time.

• Strong skills in problem framing and critical thinking.

• Capability to link technical solutions to tangible business outcomes.

• Effective engagement with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical groups.

• Flexibility in quickly changing technology and business environments.

• Ability to influence others without direct authority.

• Excellent communication skills that are clear and concise across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.

• Strong business acumen and judgment to balance value, feasibility, scalability, and adoption.
