AI Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success Managers to identify high-potential accounts and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to identify and quantify customer challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes.

• Align solutions from the AI, Professional Services, and Reseller portfolio to meet customer needs.

• Deliver demonstrations that directly address customer pain points through our capabilities.

• Create and present customized proposals that are backed by ROI analysis.

• Prepare fully qualified and well-documented opportunities for Customer Success Managers to finalize.

• Ensure smooth transitions for customers during handoffs.

• Provide insights on customers and market trends to the Marketing and Product teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a consultative, customer-facing commercial role, such as customer success or solutions engineering.

• Familiarity with customer success platforms (preferably ChurnZero) and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Trained in or proficient with the Sandler sales methodology or a similar approach.

• Strong discovery abilities coupled with a confident and engaging style for product demonstrations.

• Proven success in achieving growth targets.

• Capacity to discuss AI credibly and translate its capabilities into business value.

• Comfort with managing a multi-product portfolio.

• History of generating and qualifying pipeline across various channels and segments.

• Exceptional communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
