AI Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success Managers to identify high-potential accounts and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

• Conduct consultative discovery to identify and quantify customer challenges, priorities, and desired outcomes.

• Align solutions from the AI, Professional Services, and Reseller portfolio to meet customer needs.

• Execute demonstrations that directly connect product capabilities to customer challenges.

• Develop and present customized proposals supported by ROI-driven business cases.

• Prepare fully qualified, well-documented opportunities for Customer Success Managers to finalize.

• Guarantee a smooth transition for customers.

• Provide customer and market insights to Marketing and Product teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a consultative, customer-facing commercial role, such as customer success or solutions engineering.

• Familiarity with customer success platforms (strong preference for ChurnZero) and CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Trained in or fluent in the Sandler sales methodology or a similar approach.

• Exceptional discovery skills and a confident, engaging style for product demonstrations.

• Proven history of achieving growth targets.

• Ability to articulate AI concepts credibly and translate capabilities into business value.

• Comfort in managing a diverse product portfolio.

• Proven record of generating and qualifying pipeline across various channels and segments.

• Outstanding communication skills with both technical and executive audiences.
