Senior AI Forward Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery and requirement sessions with senior stakeholders from both business and technology domains.

• Convert business processes and domain expertise into designs for Agentic AI solutions.

• Design architectures for multi-agent workflows and patterns for human-in-the-loop escalation.

• Create AI solutions focusing on discovery, requirement generation, data mapping, and validation.

• Develop hands-on prototypes and technical elements alongside designing the overall architecture.

• Collaborate closely with AI/Data Engineers to oversee implementation and confirm solution efficacy.

• Conduct stakeholder walkthroughs and assist in making decisions necessary to advance solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and delivering Agentic AI or Multi-Agent systems.

• Strong background in client-facing roles, consulting, or embedded engineering.

• Experience in leading discovery and requirements-gathering initiatives.

• Ability to convert vague business challenges into technical AI solutions.

• Practical engineering skills; capable of prototyping or constructing components.

• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud AI platforms such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Preferred qualifications: Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Databricks Mosaic AI, LangGraph, Oracle Cloud or ERP, finance transformation, BRD/requirements documentation, and banking or regulated industry experience.
