This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Develop and manage a new AI product line as an independent business unit.
β’ Take responsibility for product sales, marketing, and pricing, along with the teams that support these functions.
β’ Oversee the unit's commercial and product results, including revenue and product adoption goals.
β’ Formulate and implement the go-to-market strategy for a new enterprise AI product line.
β’ Recruit, organize, and lead the team within the business unit.
β’ Establish the commercial operating rhythm, which includes pipeline management, forecasting, and deal governance.
β’ Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to ensure alignment of the roadmap with commercial needs.
β’ Report directly to the CEO regarding the performance of the business unit.
β’ Introduce the product to enterprise clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience.
β’ Direct accountability for commercial objectives in healthcare or life sciences software.
β’ Proven experience in launching products from inception to market and scaling them commercially.
β’ Track record of closing enterprise deals exceeding $300k.
β’ Experience in building and managing a commercial team while implementing product-led growth strategies.
β’ Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
β’ A background in biomedical research is a notable advantage; experience in genetics, biomedical research, or bioinformatics is preferred.
β’ A strong passion for the biomedical research field is essential.
β’ Must possess the right to work in the UK.
