This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop compelling, thought-provoking content that delivers essential insights.
• Create thought leadership pieces, actionable strategies, and innovative solutions that meet client demands.
• Perform thorough analyses to uncover root causes of client challenges and inform strategic direction.
• Lead a team of analysts in establishing Insight positions.
• Offer independent insights to Gartner leadership and shape research priorities.
• Investigate, analyze, and forecast market trends and changes.
• Guide clients and prospects through virtual and in-person engagements.
• Design and present at Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales initiatives by acting as the market voice and promoting client interaction.
• Execute timely, high-quality peer reviews of content.
• Represent Gartner's insights, methodologies, and strategies as an industry authority.
• Engage in innovation, ideation, and research discussions with Insights colleagues.
• Enhance research methodologies and create new service delivery processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Motivate clients to frequently engage with Gartner insights and interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of pertinent experience in the field or industry.
• Direct experience in U.S. revenue cycle management within a healthcare organization, technology vendor, or a healthcare technology-focused research, advisory, or consulting firm.
• Knowledge of applying automation and AI/ML in healthcare settings, focusing on revenue cycle management, clinical documentation, and virtual care/telemedicine.
• Proven experience influencing senior-level decision-makers regarding revenue cycle management and related concerns.
• Familiarity with contemporary revenue cycle processes, vendors, and the implementation challenges faced by hospitals.
• Understanding of clinical coding and documentation standards relevant to modern revenue cycle management and value-based care.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) technologies utilized in healthcare provider administration.
• Familiarity with key performance indicators and analytics aimed at revenue cycle optimization.
• Executive presence and the capability to establish credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, research, writing, analytical, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data while applying relevant patterns and frameworks.
• Subject matter expertise and comfort in presenting at both large and small-scale speaking engagements.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• In-depth understanding of the global and competitive landscape in the relevant subject area.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multicultural global teams.
• Capability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
• Proficiency in effectively representing Gartner's research methodologies and strategies.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% where applicable.
