Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and build applications utilizing LLM technology, such as chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents.

• Integrate and manage model APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and others.

• Design RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.

• Handle memory, context, and embeddings effectively.

• Implement safeguards and validate responses.

• Enhance latency and optimize token expenses.

• Set up monitoring and observability for LLM systems in production.

• Work collaboratively with technical and analytics teams to identify and address bottlenecks.

• Lead the creation of intelligent and scalable applications.

• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of systems in production environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in LLMs.

• Experience or knowledge in backend development with Python or Node.js.

• Familiarity with REST APIs.

• Understanding of microservices architecture.

• Proficiency with Docker.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks.

• Understanding of vector databases, including Chroma and OpenSearch.

• Knowledge of AI security practices, including prompt injection and context control.

• Familiarity with logging, tracing, and observability methods.

• Understanding of CI/CD processes.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
