📋 Description

• Develop and enhance AI components and pipelines for Sherpany's offerings.

• Test advanced AI methodologies to introduce groundbreaking features.

• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with product and engineering teams.

• Maintain performance, scalability, and security in AI workflows.

• Manage on-prem AI deployments and optimize infrastructure for reliability and compliance.

• Keep up with emerging AI technologies and suggest enhancements.

• Guide junior engineers and promote best practices.

• Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to implement effective, high-quality AI solutions that align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with practical experience in production settings.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.

• Understanding of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.

• Experience with on-prem AI deployments is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.

• Knowledge of contemporary engineering practices, including CI/CD and Git.

• Awareness of security best practices and compliance standards.

• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is a plus for future projects.
