This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the reusable accelerator core and multi-agent workflows.

• Design agents for coding, planning, review, and testing, incorporating tool-calling and human-in-the-loop elements.

• Develop evaluation pipelines and telemetry to assess quality and identify regressions.

• Ensure reliability, cost management, and observability for agentic systems in real-world applications.

• Create high-performance, resilient, and scalable products and software systems.

• Collaborate effectively with delivery teams and applied-data partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience relevant to the position, likely encompassing a combination of AI Engineering and Software Development.

• Ability to independently deploy a customer-facing application, including DevOps, front-end, backend, etc.

• Experience in developing a modern production application capable of handling scale, ensuring fast and responsive performance.

• Familiarity with AI software development life cycle (SDLC) in a production environment.

• In-depth knowledge of LLM application engineering: prompt design, function calling, structured outputs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector stores, utilizing Anthropic and OpenAI APIs.

• Evaluation-driven development as a fundamental practice.

• Experience in building agentic systems from end to end.

• Knowledge of LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, and CrewAI.

• Proficient working with at least one cloud data platform and SQL.
