Senior AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions by converting business needs into functional models, agents, automations, and applications.

• Integrate AI technologies with enterprise systems utilizing APIs, services, databases, and other technological components.

• Perform testing, validation, performance assessments, and modifications of AI solutions.

• Oversee availability, quality, utilization, latency, errors, and resource usage.

• Enhance models, agents, and applications to boost performance, reliability, scalability, response quality, and efficiency.

• Adhere to corporate standards for architecture, security, data governance, and observability.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation that encompasses architecture, integrations, configurations, dependencies, versions, operations, deployment, maintenance, and ongoing development.

• Offer team leadership and provide active mentoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership.

• Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in Spanish.

• A portfolio showcasing AI-related projects.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, integrations, authentication, and error handling.

• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, agents, tools, and function calling.

• Understanding of Git, testing, CI/CD, and software engineering methodologies.

• Proficiency in observability, logging, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Awareness of LLM security, including prompt injection, credential leakage, and guardrails.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks is a plus.

• Experience with cloud platforms, queues, serverless technologies, containers, or automation is a plus.

• Background in ITSM, support, incident management, and production maintenance is desirable.
