Senior AI Deployment Manager, Cyber

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate AI product initiatives and delivery efforts within Eliza's Cyber vertical.

• Act as the product liaison to client leaders and the business development team.

• Convert cybersecurity requirements into actionable AI opportunities and oversee delivery alignment from the discovery phase to launch.

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with cybersecurity stakeholders to gain insights into workflows, risks, data readiness, and business outcomes.

• Evaluate use-case applicability, feasibility, sequencing, and pathways to production.

• Create and manage a prioritized backlog of use cases based on feasibility, readiness, and measurable impact.

• Transform client requirements into product specifications, acceptance criteria, delivery plans, and product roadmaps.

• Collaborate with engineers deployed on-site throughout the design, evaluation, iteration, launch, and handoff processes.

• Address gaps from prototype to production, including issues related to data quality, security, compliance, and scalability.

• Ensure alignment among client executives, subject-matter experts, business development, and technical teams regarding scope, trade-offs, timing, and measurable value.

• Establish success criteria for AI systems that necessitate ongoing evaluation.

• Report on progress and risks, challenge inappropriate requests, and escalate decisions as necessary.

• Provide contributions to AI governance and offer training for ChatGPT/Codex setup when needed.

• Develop Cyber delivery methodologies into reusable playbooks, evaluations, and practices for production readiness.

• Mentor Associates and assist in shaping enterprise AI experimentation-to-production practices in the cybersecurity field.

• Aid in pre-sales activities, including drafting and reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), work plans, and playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in cybersecurity and sound judgment regarding the operational context of client challenges.

• Proven track record of independently navigating complex client or product initiatives through ambiguity and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Strong proficiency in AI: practical application of current AI tools and an understanding of when models are effective, ineffective, or require evaluation.

• Product acumen that connects user needs, business impact, feasibility, data readiness, risk factors, and technical limitations.

• Establish credible partnerships with engineers, recognizing which decisions fall under product responsibility and when to seek engineering input.

• Strong skills in executive communication, the ability to create concise written materials, and confidence in navigating difficult trade-off discussions.

• Experience in guiding others or coaching less-experienced team members in delivery.

• Experience in AI governance, cyber risk, Codex setup, or responsible AI training is preferred.

• Consulting or client-service background with executive stakeholders is preferred.

• Experience in developing reusable delivery methods, evaluations, or workflow assets is preferred.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
