Senior AI Architect – AI, Agentic AI, Services Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the transformation roadmap for AI and Agentic AI.

• Create enterprise-level solutions utilizing Generative AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, RAG, and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Oversee the transition from Time & Material delivery models to engagement models that are based on deliverables and outcomes.

• Set up governance frameworks and KPIs that facilitate measurable business outcomes.

• Design scalable AI ecosystems that encompass Azure AI, AWS AI, Google AI, enterprise applications, and data platforms.

• Integrate responsible AI, security, and compliance principles into all solutions.

• Provide strategic advice to client executives and senior stakeholders.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, data scientists, engineers, and consultants through complex transformation initiatives.

• Assist in business development by shaping strategic AI opportunities, proposals, workshops, and executive presentations.

• Contribute to the definition of new AI service portfolios and go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, digital transformation, or consulting.

• A minimum of 2 years leading enterprise AI initiatives and delivering AI or Generative AI solutions on a large scale.

• Strong technical expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, LLMs, foundation models, RAG, and AI governance.

• Practical experience with major cloud AI platforms, including Azure AI, AWS AI, and Google AI.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement outcome-based or managed service models.

• Capability to link technology investments directly to measurable business results.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Ability to confidently engage at the C-level, conduct workshops, and articulate complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.

• Proficiency in English.
